Very pleased with the service, quality and price of the blind. The outcome is spectacular. The cassette design is very attractive and the fabric is a single piece with no weld join, it looks great. The motor was pre-set, operates quickly and is easily added to the smart home. Teresa was really helpful and organised delivery of the blind on my behalf, which was very convenient and great service. It had to be delivered by boat due to its size - the only minor feedback point is that this made it a little unclear what was happening and the timings of transit after a certain point, but it got here without any issues. I have already recommended them to some friends and will purchase more myself if we do the next outdoor area. Thank you!

Very much satisfied with product and services they are providing, Stella is very helpful and responsive. only issue is, because of there huge orders, they couldn't keep up with the timelines.
